Women’s Circles

Spaces for freedom, flow, and connection

A women’s circle is a space for women to come together, slow down, and connect, both with themselves and with others. It’s a sober, supportive environment where we sit in circle, share our stories, and witness one another with compassion.

Circles are not about giving advice, fixing, or comparing. They are about listening and being listened to. Each voice matters equally, and every woman is invited to show up just as she is. Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome.

We begin with a grounding practice to settle into the space. From there, each woman is invited to share, if she wishes, while the rest of the circle listens with full presence. Silence is also welcome. We close together with stillness, gratitude, or reflection.
